Due to the high competence among its personal, Nova can for instance provide a self-developed customized and software based solution which is decreasing the time to set up a press automation line dramatically due to rapid virtual prototyping of the production system. Previous Experiences

Nova has experience in developing methods and tools for simulation of machine tools and general mechatronic systems. In addition, the company has developed tools for tuning and visualisation of automation systems and function oriented design of mechatronic systems. Currently Nova has customers in Switzerland, Austria, Germany and Sweden.

rFVis

rFVis is designed to enable an easy and efficient visualisation of Press Units and their surrounding machines. Our software supports a convinient virtual initial operation including collision inspection and motion verification in general of a press line in this case. One of the rFVis-features in this context is the speed override while interpreting the target motion provided by the control.

The modular approach realised in rFVis allows customer driven adaptations meeting the requirements of other 3D visualisation applications.
